This has been my very favorite CHEESE BALL recipe for many years. It's great to serve with just about any cracker. It keeps for a long time in the refrigerator, and is to assemble. ENJOY!
MY FAVORITE CHEESE BALL
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
1 can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 cups pecans, chopped, divided in half
Mix all ingredients together, adding half of the chopped pecans to the cheese mixture, and reserving the other half to roll the ball in after forming. Chill over night. Serve with crackers.
