The most pleasant fragrance wafted over the yard yesterday, and, I knew, without even looking, that the ORIENTAL LILIES were starting to bloom. Oriental lilies have a strong perfume, and it's one of the most pleasant I know of. There are many still to bloom, and I look forward to their fragrance and beauty. These are the fragrant Orientals blooming today in the beds.
