BLOOMS FOR THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER

Flowers that add to the dog days of summer are the long-blooming ECHINACEA, Double Delight (the more you cut, the more blooms you have!), ZINNIAS of all colors (State Fair variety is 30-36" tall!), GLADIOLA (will keep blooming into fall because of 2-week interval planting schedule), and HARDY HIBISCUS, Luna Swirl, Disco Belle and Jazzberry Jam, with their huge, 10-13" blooms (although for only a day, but can have 100 blooms to a plant!).  These garden plants add so much to the yard on these hot days of summer!
