The TALL BEARDED IRIS season is winding down here in the top of Utah. We've reached our peak, and the number of iris blooming now exceed the number of buds still to bloom.  I am always sad to see the iris season come to an end, but rejoice in the poppy blooms, and roses that are coming along, and the day, oriental and Asiatic lilies that are growing nicely, as well as the gladiola spears coming up.  Here's what blooming in the iris beds today:
Drama Queen, Spectacular Bid, Cherry Blossom Song, Strawberry Sensation, Sweet Musette

Rolling Thunder, Skywalker, Lovely Kay, Silver Years, Southern Morning

Taco Supreme, NOID gold, Fringe of Gold, Dazzling Gold, Flamenco

Purple Serenade, Photogenic, Nigerian Raspberry, Barcelona, Strawberry Sensation
