FALL BLOOMS - COLORFUL AND BRIGHT

One of the things I love most about the fall blooms is their vibrant, healthy look.  When the days get cooler, and the nights crisp, the flowers still blooming are beautiful!  In fact, mums need the longer nights in order to bloom.  Roses, Dahlias, Monkshood, Mums of all kinds, and several of the rock garden plants, like Love-In-A-Mist, Lavender, and Twinspur are doing well.   Additionally, the pansies love the cooler weather.  I'll allow these plants to continue blooming until the first freeze, or killing frost.
