The HELLEBORE (Lenton Rose) have been beautiful this year!  There are many varieties of hellebore:  There are pinks, reds, blues, yellows and spotted ones, as well as a double one and probably my favorite, Ivory Prince.  Pictured here are ROYAL HERITAGE, IVORY PRICE, the foliage from BLACK RUSE, SPOTTED LADY, and BLACK RUSE.  Hellebore are the very first to bloom in the very early Spring.  They keep their flowers for a long period, then lucious, full, dark green glossy leaves form for an attractive ground cover the rest of the year.  They have a long cut-flower life and have as many as 50 or more blooms on mature plants.  They are extremely hardy and very easy to grow!  One of my favorites!!
