As a family, we always get together for pumpkin carving, games, dinner or crafts for Halloween.  This year we met three times--2 church "trunk-or-treat" parties during the week, and then our home on Sunday to carve pumpkins, have dinner, and play some games after Sunday services.  If we didn't have our family, we probably wouldn't do anything--so they have kept us  going in that respect.  It is always fun to be with our kids and grand kids--their costumes were creative, and we had such an enjoyable time with them.  Today we will be going to the Halloween Parade at the local elementary school, followed by a play the 3rd graders are putting on.  In the evening, the little neighborhood "spooks" will come trick-or-treating.  Happy Halloween all!
